1966 Ford Mustang 289, Automatic, C-Code. 3-Owner California Car, No Rust and 95% Original. Everything works as it should, could easily be a daily driver if you didn't care about adding the mileage. This car was bought new at Hughson Ford in San Francisco, CA and comes with its original owner's manual and a pretty good story.

The original owner put most of the mileage on the car and is believed to have owned it until 2004 when she decided raffle it off for a school fundraiser event. The winner of the raffle (original raffle ticket included with the car) was the second owner was a teacher at the school, but wasn't a car person. She wasn't near as thrilled with her prize as she should have been.

However, her family loved the car and would not let her sell it, even though it was rarely driven. One of those family members was her niece, who always had her eye on the car. When the niece came of age, the aunt gifted her the car and the niece became the third owner in 2014. Even though the niece loved the car, she also rarely drove it.

As life progressed the niece got married and had tow kids and they were transferred to Houston, TX in August of 2023.So, the car was in a California garage for virtually all of its life and ten moved to a Houston garage since then. With the two kids and and all of the challenges of life, the niece decided to sell the car because she wasn't using it and it was getting scratches from the moving and the storage of the car.

She then came to us and we gladly made a deal with her. The only things that are not original on the car seem to be a new replacement fuel tank fuel sender, and of course the tires. It is believed to have had one repaint and could probably use new one. The motor, transmission, rear end, chrome, trim, carpet, panels and seats all seem to be in great original condition.

The undercarriage is phenomenal with the original red oxy primer still very visible. No rust or rot anywhere. There is also no evidence of a collision or body work of any kind. This is an unbelievably nice survivor type car.
